spring quarter gym schedule
Monday: 9am spin + weights + foam roll Tuesday: maybe 7am 45 minute cardio??? + 8am yoga @ home Wednesday: cardio post class + weights+ foam roll Thursday: 8am yoga @ home + cardio after office hours Friday: 9am spin class + weights + foam roll Sat/Sun: optional 9:30am spin class or cardio at least one day

march goals check in
*health stuff take advantage of the new gym: try some new spin teachers/times + get into weights clear win here. picked up an an extra class a week and was able to replace the dreaded monday class yoga: do it. at home. at the gym. just do it. fail. I went once. consider this rolled over to next month. foam roll I did bust out the foam roller towards the end, but I still consider it a chore...
